Founded in 2017 by Madeline Frawley and Jay Bala, Earth to Betty started in a small Union Road shop and has now expanded to two locations in Brunswick and Ascot Vale.
The brand is dedicated to staying current with eco-friendly products and sustainable practices through continuous research and development.
Earth to Betty believes you shouldn't have to compromise on style, authenticity, health, or the environment.
Their spaces are designed with a focus on community and relaxation. The Union Road store, renovated in 2020, offers an array of organic and vegan drinks and a head spa treatment menu. The Brunswick location, opened in mid-2023, provides a serene environment with only three stylists at a time, surrounded by glass walls bringing the outdoors in.
As one of the first 250 Sustainable Salon members, Earth to Betty is committed to reusing, recycling, and reducing waste. They also prioritize carbon neutrality and the overall health of their clients and the environment.
