With 17 years in the hair industry, I’ve had the privilege of shaping not just hair but also careers, trends, and a deeper connection to self-expression. My journey started with a love for people and creativity, and over the years, I’ve honed my craft in all things color, curls, and transformative hair work.
Beyond working behind the chair, my greatest passion lies in teaching and mentoring the next generation of hairdressers. I thrive on guiding new, passionate stylists in refining their skills, building confidence, and finding their unique voice in the industry. Education, to me, is more than just technique—it’s about fostering creativity, encouraging ethical and sustainable practices, and ensuring that every stylist has the tools to succeed in a constantly evolving industry.
At Earth to Betty, I’ve built a salon where inclusivity, sustainability, and artistry go hand in hand. Whether I’m helping clients embrace their natural texture, creating dreamy color transformations, or teaching a fresh-faced apprentice their first balayage, my goal is always the same: to empower people through hair.
